House Swimming Championship 2022
Seymour carried a slender lead after the Standards had been completed, with Beaufort, Tudor and Howard just behind them.
As ever, it is not just the one age group that provides you with a House title, but rather a consistency from swimming standards gained by boys of all abilities and then your team swimmers across the whole school….All people who have swum these last few months will know they have contributed to the overall result.
Victor Ludorum Trophies are awarded to the highest scoring individuals in each age group. This year’s winners are,
Year 7 Yasin Elashry (B)
Year 8 Terry Sutton (B)
Intermediate Shrikannan Selvaganapathy (T)
Senior Joe Day (B)- 6th year in a row & 12 Victor Ludorum overall- a staggering achievement
The first of the team trophies is the Relays Cup, awarded to the House that gains the most points in the four freestyle relay events. The relays provided an exhilarating climax to proceedings. The results are as follows
Tudor 24 Points
Seymour 32
Howard 48
Beaufort 56
The overall Championship result, adding standards and gala scores together, is as follows
